Recreation

Taylor Park
Keedysville maintains a recreational park in town containing swings, slides and a merry-go-round for children, as well as a basketball court. In addition, there is a pavillion for group picnics and cooking/grilling facilities. Sanitary facilities are available.

Park usage must be reserved by calling the Keedysville Town Hall at 301-432-5795.


Keedysville Library
The Keedysville library is affiliated with the Washington County Free Library System. It is located in the Keedysville Town Hall. The library is open on the following days and times:

Tuesday 6PM-8PM
Wednesday 2PM-8PM
Saturday 9AM-12PM

Library Book Club
The Keedysville Library Book Club meets monthly to discuss a book the members have read. Meetings are usually held on the first Tuesday evening of the month. New members are welcome! Call the librarian, Sally Hull, for further information at 301-432-6641.

Past Meetings have featured a visit with world famous author and Keedysville resident, Nora Roberts.
