Keedysville Water Commission

The monthly meeting of the Keedysville Water Commission was held with the following members present: Board Members Hull, Levey, Smith and Town Administrator Simmons.

Minutes were read and approved.

Treasurer's report was as follows: $12,189.27.

A Service Permit/Installation Agreement for the Mt. Hebron project was presented for review, a motion was made by Barry Levey and 2nd by Matt hull to accept ageement as written. Motion passed all agreed.

A set of complete plans from KCI has been forwarded to the following agencies for review. MDE, USDA and the Town of Boonsboro. Comments and review should be complete within 90 days.

No Further business to discuss meeting adjourned.
