A special public hearing was held to introduce a proposed Water Rate increase.

Assistant Mayor Barry Levey read the proposed Water Rate Increase Ordinance and reviewed the Water Budget for the current fiscal year. Items that would be increasing in cost over the next few years were reviewed.

Questions were answered from attending citizens.

Barry Levey closed the meeting by advising attendees that a formal vote would more than likely occur and the next monthly meeting of the Mayor and Council, which would be held on March 2 @ 7pm
