Keedysville Planning and Zoning

The minutes from August's meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: The Public Hearing for the proposed substation off Coffman Farms Road was held and the plan was approved by the Zoning Appeals Board.

New Business: Amy questioned what fees to charge Allegany Power for their permit. P&Z considers them a developer and therefore should be charged all applicable fees as a subdivision. Matt said he will look into this and determine the proper fees.

Meeting adjourned at 7:11 PM.

Following the meeting, Planning and Zoning continued to work on updating the Comprehensive Plan with Catherine Parks from Arro.
