Keedysville Planning and Zoning

The minutes from August's meeting were read and approved.

Permits: Brian Smith, 5 South Main Street, wants a permit for a roof over one section of his residence. The roof is on a second story open porch type room and would not change the foot print of the property. Mr. Smith was called to obtain clarification for the request. The Committee recommended to Amy to issue the permit.

New Business: Matt mentioned to the Committee that David Brumage may have a problem with some construction on his property in the Rockingham subdivision. Mr. Brumage originally obtained a permit for a lesser structure. Phil Rhoderick will make a recommendation on how to rectify this situation as there was no final inspection.

Meeting adjourned at 7:13 PM.

After the Planning and Zoning meeting, The Committee worked on the Comprehensive Plan with Katherine Parks.
