Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Minutes from the August meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: The Comprehensive Plan needs to be updated in the next few months. All committee members are asked to prepare to begin to revamp them starting at the next meeting.

There are still remaining trees in the Rockingham storm water ponds. Matt asked David to email Amy about this again. David mentioned 2 mature trees that are growing in this area that need to be removed. David mentioned that the ponds at Rockingham were accepted too quickly for the Town to accept responsibility for maintaining them. Future developments need to be accepted when they are settled & corrected.

Tim Burtner was present and requested a Dwelling permit for his brother Chris. It will be his retirement house. He will share a well with James. Tim will direct Amy to issue the permit.
