Minutes from the September meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: The trees have been removed from the Rockingham storm water management ponds.

The Comprehensive Plan update is being tabled until next month.

Keedysville Old School is making a change in their signage. They will need to obtain a permit from our Zoning Administrator.

Carl French was present to ask for a permit for a new house on Main Street. He had a sketch that showed setbacks. He did not have flood plain information. The Committee would like more information. Carl advised that his funds and time were limited. Address would be 43 S. Main Street. The house would be located 66 feet from the stream. He was advised that water from the Dogstreet developments have a pipe that will run near the proposed house. Flood plain area was brought up. Shannon French presented the Committee with information she had that showed some lines but were not detailed enough. Matt searched the Mayors Office for information that might help but the information was inconclusive. The setbacks and side setbacks appear to be good, and it is 66 feet from the stream. Tim will advise Amy to issue the permit.

Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.
