Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Attending members: Tim Robertson, Randy Burns, Don Weigel, Tony Crist and Matt Hull

Also attending: Mary Robertson and Catherine Parks.

The minutes from October's meeting were read and approved.

Tim asked the Committee how correspondence should be handled for members. Catherine Parks said she would try to email earlier. Amy could call to let members know that mail has arrived.

Old Business: In March 2008, Kettler Brothers were here to extend their preliminary approval for their development. This approval is good for one year. March of 2009, it expires. Matt said that he received a letter that indicated that the plat proposals are owned solely by engineers, Loiderman. Their Frederick office is now closed. Martin Bucher is at a new firm. The plans are no longer accessible to Kettler Brothers.

New Business: Tony Crist offered his opinion that the Committee should be mindful of the appearance of some structures on properties that are under renovations. He had issues with the types of building materials currently of certain projects.

Following this meeting, Planning and Zoning began reviewing changes to the Comprehensive Plan with Catherine Parks from Arro.
