Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Minutes from the October meeting were read, amended and approved.

Town Council meeting: Carl French permit was denied by the Zoning Administrator. This Committee was incorrect to advise Amy to issue the permit. This Committee did not know that Amy had reservations about that permit & stream area. This Committee does the best they can and in the future it is best to err on the side to not issue the permit.

Old Business: Tim checked to see who needed a copy of the Comprehensive Plan. Tony and Randy need copies.
