Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Also attending: Rick Bishop and Catherine Parks

The minutes from April's meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Rick Bishop was in attendance at this meeting to express willingness to serve on this committee. He will be recommended at the next Town Council meeting for appointment.

New Business: Louis Altamure and Sarah McCarthy, 17 Dogstreet Road, want a permit for a fence. There were no problems with application and the Committee will recommend to Amy to issue the permit.

Nick and Deidra DeWaal, 31 Sumpter Drive, want a permit for a patio. There were no problems with application and the Committee will recommend to Amy to issue the permit.

Matt Murphy, 38 N. Main Street, wants a business permit for an antique business at this address. It is permitted under Table 305D, section 10 of the Zoning Ordinances. The committee will recommend approval of the permit. Any signage will be addressed separately.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:14PM.

Following the meeting, Planning and Zoning continued to work on updating the Comprehensive Plan with Catherine Parks from Arro.
