Keedysville Planning and Zoning
May 12, 2008 7:00 P.M.
Attending members: Tim Robertson, Randy Burns, Don Weigel and Matt Hull
Also attending: Mary Robertson
Minutes from April's meeting were read and approved.
Old Business: Dr. Guedenet has withdrawn his rezoning request before Town Council could render a decision.
New Business: The State of Maryland no longer has funds available for our Town's assistance to update the Comprehensive Plan. Sutter has
sent in a bid for $37,750. The decision to choose Arro last month for $28,000 was a good choice. We should seek to completely rewrite the
plan, rather than punch up the old one.
There were plats in the inbox for Keedysville Knolls. There was a letter sent by Washington County requesting guidance on the pump
station in the development. The plats do not reflect the committee's understanding of its location, and the developers were not present
to clarify. The committee had no problems with the issues in the letter, but Tim will send an E-mail to the County in answer to their
questions.
Meeting adjourned at 7:28 PM.
