Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Minutes from the April meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Tim was in contact with the Town's attorney concerning Keedysville Knolls. Tim is in a greement with Kettler that they were in the pipeline for the APFO timeline in February 2006. The attorneys will be contacting each other. Attorney Divelbiss needed the latest plat for the development and they are working this out between themselves.

Discussion was held regarding the Hope subdivision. It was brought before Town Council and it was accepted.

Matt needed the final number of building lots for Keedysville Knolls. It is 61 lots.
