Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Minutes from the February meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Fred Frederick has not paid the Hope Project preliminary subdivision plan fee ($3700 + $20). This Committee will let Amy know this information.

Attention and diligence must be paid to the Keedysville Knolls project. Attorneys are now involved in this process.

New Business: This Committee will begin review of the Comprehensive Plan in the near future. Tim will call the State Planning Office to get information and recommendations.

Matt requested information from the Committee concerning the placement of a fence around the park lane area due to vandalism. Discussion was held regarding the Ruritan Festival parking, split rail longevity and the New Town Hall Building.
