Minutes from the May meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Tim presented the attorney letter that was sent to Kettler for the Keedysville Knolls subdivision.

New Business: Tony Crist will be contacted to see if he is still interested in the Planning and Zoning Committee. Tim will call him before the next P & Z meeting.
