Keedysville Planning and Zoning

The minutes from December's meeting were read, amended and approved.

Old Business: Matt brought it to our attention that Frank Bond may be requesting an extension on the proposed Kettler development. Tim called our Town's attorney. The Committee can decide if there has been no show of progress, and whether or not to grant an extension. Consideration may also be made for the difficulties in the current economic times.

New Business: Randy wanted to know if Dave Haupt has a permit for a building behind his garage at 97 N. Main Street. Tim is going to check with Amy.
