Minutes from the December meeting were read and approved.

New Business: Tim received a brochure about a seminar on planning and subdivision law that will be held in Gaithersburg in March. Interested members should let him know if they want to attend.

Tim also received the annual application for membership to Maryland Citizens Planners. Committee members will need to fill this form out.
