Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Minutes from the December meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: There is now four way stop signs at the top of Red Hill Road and Dogstreet Road. It was noted that there is no white stopping line at on Dogstreet Road going toward Town. Discussion was held regarding whether the topcoat was finished in this area. Matt noted it could be Spring before anything gets painted.

New Business: A letter was sent to this Committee from the Maryland Department of Planning concerning annexation workshops that are to be held on January 11th from 1PM to 3PM. This Committee received the letter too late to make arrangements to attend. Topics for the workshops include Article 66B and annexation becoming a five year process.
