Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Also attending: Mary Robertson, David Brumage, Barry Levey, Fred Frederick

Minutes from the January meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Fred Frederick was present at this meeting to update the different projects he is working on here in Keedysville:

1. Bostetter Project- Mr. Frederick talked to him last week. His son-in-law will be taking over the annexation process with the Town. They will be granting an area of land off Rt. 34 for a water boosting pumping station approx 95' x 45'.
2. Hope Project - It is now two lots. Tim received a copy of the Hope lot proposal from Mr. Frederick that shows the house and 2 lots. There was a motion to give preliminary approval to grant the subdivision of lot 2 on the plat by Mr. Frederick dated 9/27/06. Don seconded. All agreed. Mr. Frederick will pay the fees that need to be paid (review fee). He will return for final approval from P & Z in March.
