Keedysville Planning and Zoning

Minutes from the November meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Carl French was able to produce the documentation he needed concerning the flood plain to get his permit to build his house.

New Business: Doug Lawrence, 30 Yankee Drive, wants a permit for a 12' x 12' sunroom attached to his house, and a fence. The fence will need to be inside the property line. The committee will recommend that Amy issue the permit.

Meeting adjourned at 7:18 PM.

The committee stayed to work on the Comprehensive Plan update.
