Keedysville Planning and Zoning

The minutes from July's meeting were read and approved.

New Business: Town Hall has new file cabinets in place for Planning and Zoning.

Permits: Glen Del Collo, 7 Yankee Drive, wants a permit for a 26' x 12' deck. Plans given the committee do not show the deck in relationship to the property line (site plan). He will also need HOA approval. The application was given back to Amy to address the problems.

Meeting adjourned at 7:06 PM.

After the Planning and Zoning meeting, The Committee worked on the Comprehensive Plan with Katherine Parks.
