April 9, 2007 7:00 P.M.

Attending members: Tim Robertson, Don Weigel, Randy Burns, and Matt Hull

Also attending: Mary Robertson, David Brumage, Frank Bond, Martin Butcher, Robert Smith, Jason Divelbiss, Jim Kettler, Roger & Marion Taylor, Kent Oliver, Peyton Doub, Fred Frederick

Minutes from the March meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Tim called the state regarding the Town's Comprehensive Plan. It must be reviewed every 3 years. There is a list from the state with names ----who can help. There are funds available from the state for this process.

New Business: Marion & Roger Taylor, 8 Hoot Owl Court, were here requesting a permit for a 12' x 14' deck with a roof and screen. They are within the setbacks. The Committee will direct Amy to issue the permit when they receive HOA approval and fee paid.

Frank Bond was here to present attorney Jason Divelbiss who wanted to speak on behalf of the Kettler Brother project Keedysville Knolls. He presented documents that he feels indicate that the project has been moving forward and was in the "pipeline" before APFO was enacted in February 2006. He was asking the Committee for a determination for the project in context of the APFO. Tim will discuss this with the Town's attorney and respond within 30 days.

Peyton Doub was present to go on record and discuss the possible Bostettler annexation and commercial development. He felt that commercial development on the west side was not desirable due to various reasons including the "Wheeler Cave".

Fred Frederick was here to discuss the Hope subdivision. Don made a motion to grant final approval. Randy seconded. All agreed.

Meeting adjourned at 8:27 PM.
