Keedysville Planning and Zoning

September 12, 2011 7PM

Attending members: Randy Burns, Don Weigel, Dave Bajuscak, and Matt Hull

Also attending: Mary Robertson, Tim Robertson, Ken Lord, Carl French, and Shannon French

The minutes from August's meeting were read and approved.

Old Business: Ken Lord's nomination to Planning and Zoning will occur at the October's Town Council meeting.

Tim called the Town's Attorney about wordage for temporary structures. Discussion was held regarding ordinances, setbacks, and the need for a new definition. It was determined that issues are currently addressed by our present Ordinances. Don made a motion to leave everything the way it is until and if it becomes necessary to address it, Dave seconded. All agreed.

A concern was raised about an area in Town where sheds are being used as housing structures. The Town Council is already aware of this and in the process of addressing the situation.
