Keedysville Town Council

February 5, 2007

The monthly meeting of the Keedysville Town Council was opened with the following members present: Mayor Hull, Asst. Mayor Levey, Council Members Brumage and Robertson.

Minutes were read and approved.

The treasurer's report was as follows: $342,569.87

A motion was made and 2nd to accept new water rates for the Town. Motion passed all agreed A public meeting was held on February 22, 2007 at the old Keedysville School. Rates will go into effect with the June 2007 billing.

A motion was made to pass a resolution to increase the required biding amount from the current 1,000 to 10,000. Motion was passed all agreed.

No further business to discuss.
